**Issue**
Adopt me page is not working

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to Home page
2. Click on 'Adopt Me'
3. See error

**Current behavior**

**Expected behavior**

I would make a navbar and also make it responsive for all types of screens.
