Links not working from certain pages

**Describe the bug**
From Pet News, Blog, Donate, SOS Pages - the links for Meet Pets and About Us do not work.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to Pet News / Blog / Donate / SOS Pages from Nav bar
2. Hover over Meet Pets / About Us
3. Click on any of them
4. See error - the required pages do not open

I want to work on this issue under GSSOC 23.
