"Pet News" page heading alignment

**Describe the bug**
On the Pet news page the heading of the first article on the page is not aligned properly. The nav bar is on the heading of article

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to https://akshitagupta15june.github.io/
2. Click on "Pet News"
3. There you can see the heading is covered by the nav bar

**Expected behavior**
The heading should be below the nav bar so it can be visible to the user.
