[Bug]: Scroll Bar Icon Theme Color is Not Visible in Some Sections Properly

**Describe the bug**
- **Scroll Bar Icon Theme Color is not designed properly and Also It's not Visible on About Us and Contact Us Section.**

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'https://akshitagupta15june.github.io/PetMe/'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down` 'From Either Top to Bottom' OR 'Bottom to Top'`
4. See error like **Scroll Bar Icon and It's Theme Color is not Proper Visible in About Us and Contact Us Sections.**

**Expected behavior**
- **Scroll Bar Icon Theme Color Replaced Instead of Using Current White Color.**
- **And It's Color clearly Visible on Top to Bottom and Bottom to Top When Scrolling Behavior Happens.**
