There's a Bug in volunteering page, on hovering submit button, the width of button abnormally increased

**Describe the bug**
In the "Become a volunteer section" upon hovering on submit button the size of the button gets expanded abnormally.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to main page of website
2. Click on become a volunteer option from navbar
3. Scroll down to and hover on submit button
4. See error

**Expected behavior**
It must show a smooth transition on upon hovering
