Description

**Describe the bug**
The tagline size and Toggle theme button is different than in other pages.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'home page'
2. Click on 'Adopt Me'
3. See error

**Expected behavior**
Navbar should be similar in all pages.
