Width of Navbar can be reduced and Scrolling issue

**Issue Description**
The width of the navbar is not proportional and while scrolling (going down the page) navbar should disappear
(i) position of navbar should not be fixed.
(ii) Fixed navbar reduces the space .
(iii) When we scroll then navbar should disappear and as we scroll up to the page then is should appear.
