In the form of pages like Become a Volunteer, Donate has a Blue colored submit button whereas, in the Report page the button has a green color.
**Describe the solution you'd like**
In my opinion, all the buttons can be made uniform matching the color palette of the web app i.e. Beige, Brown color, and respective animation. Can I work on this under GSSOC'23?
