説明
**Describe the bug**
in hovering submit button it width becomes very large exceeding its limit
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'donate animal'
2. Scroll down to 'bottom'
3. hover on 'submit button'
4. See error
**Expected behavior**
only button should be scaled not it width on hovering it size should not
increase but not only width.
