Add a feature

We often find animals in our street with some injury due to any accident or weak animals. Sometimes the worst weather conditions also make these small beings lives difficult.
So I would like to add another feature where in people can post the pictures of animals with the location that are found weak/ill on their streets/injured. On receiving those pictures the information can be sent to any nearby veteran hospital and can be given proper treatment.
