I want to display extra additional information, when the form is submitted

After submitting any of the form, the response matters to the user, if we add something meaningful and related to that issue, then it will give much better experience for the user.
This feature will differentiate each form submission and provide concise message to the user.

When we display response and information related to each form, like something related to the animal or the issue, rather they are filling the form of adopting, donating , volunteering or for SOS form, if each submission form will give different response, then it surely give good user experience.
I want to work on this part, please assign this to me.
