Improve the blogs page card paragraph excerpt font size for easy user readability

I noticed the paragraph/excerpt text on the blogs card are fainted and tiny, which makes the blog card not WCAG accessible for people with eye problems

I'd like to increase the font-size or add font-weight to the paragraph excerpt text on the blog card

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Change the paragraph text size from text-xl to suitable size to increase the paragraph readability
