"PetMe" Icon in the footer should direct us to the top of the page...

When we click the "PetMe" icon in the footer nothing happens, instead we should be directed to the top of the page......
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'https://akshitagupta15june.github.io/PetMe/index.html'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to 'extreme bottom of the page'
4. See error

**Expected behavior**
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
When we click the "PetMe" icon in the footer we should be directed to the top of the page...
