💡[FEATURE]: Add a Pet Category Filter

As of now, there is no filter to sort the pets

**Describe the solution you'd like**
I'd like to add a filter where users can sort pets by type (e.g., cats, dogs, rabbits, etc.), breed, color, and most importantly by their location.

Please assign me this issue under GSSOC'24
