Redesigning blogs page and adding reviews section (ss of idea)

Hello @akshitagupta15june I'm kritika a gssoc contributor .
I found the blogs page incomplete and there was no reviews section .

The design could be something like this with the colour pallete u have used in the site .

we can add this section at the bottom of the main page .

Kindly assign me this issue under gssoc24 and assign me a level.
