💡[FEATURE]: adding a button for user to create their own blog in the blog's section

The blog section of the web page looks good, but how about providing the user the option to create their blog and publish it so that their voice(point of view) over pets gets heard It makes the website more Fun and Creative.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
so a button can be added to create a new blog for them .

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Also the Become Volunteer button on the About us page is not visible until it hovers, It can be modified to a better one that's visible easily and clearly.
