🪲[Bug]: After clicking on blog the navbar showing some issue which is not expected

**Describe the bug**
The navbar is showing some bugs while going to the blog section with the help of the video uploaded it will be understood clearly

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'https://akshitagupta15june.github.io/PetMe/index.html'
2. Click on 'Blogs on the navbar' --> https://akshitagupta15june.github.io/PetMe/blog.html
3. Hover over the nav links
4. See error --> the links getting smaller and flickering

**Expected behavior**
It should not get smaller and flicker. In fact it should become zoomed in.
