🪲[Bug]: Adding Validation in Email and Name section of adopt.html

## **Describe the bug**
In adopt.html page the email and name when entered in wrong fromat is allowed and form get submitted successfully.

## **Step to resolve BUG**
I can add proper validation of name and email so only valid people can submit the form successfully.
