Contact us Form is not validated Properly. It is accepting the form even if the name field in empty .

**Describe the bug**
The form in contact us section is not well Validated . It should not submit form by user until all the fields are not Filled .
**To Reproduce**
1. Add a Error message displaying that form can't be empty
2. Will make the Button Disabled until the form is not filled.
3. To prevent the user from typing wrong email address will add Regex ,although required attributes is given but it dosen't handle what is written after the @ .
**Expected behavior**
A form should be submit all field not just only email as required.
