💡[FEATURE]: REDESING VOLUNTEER PAGE

The volunteer page currently contains plain html form with no other further styles or designs.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
I would suggest to add and image of pet in the right side of the page and the left half will have the form.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Maybe i would also suggest to change the font of sentence to the brown color used in the header to maintain theme color consistency .

**Additional context**
Dropping a changed design for review . I could put in different img if this is one seems not apt .

PS: I have not worked on responsiveness yet . If this issue get assinged to me , I could work on it and submit a pull request .
