unresponsive navbar and logo, and dropdown button issue

## Description
-- navbar is unresponsive in home page, pet news and blogs.
-- logo becomes very small when present at pet news, blogs, become a volunteer, contact us, about us and meet pets page.
-- Support us drop down options are not properly visible.

## Proposed solutions
To solve these issues it requires adjustment in CSS and HTML

I will ensure that the proposed solution is compatible with different screen sizes and devices.
