**Describe the bug**
I think it would be more appealing and engaging if we added a subscribe button above the social icons
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to '(https://akshitagupta15june.github.io/PetMe/)'
2. Scroll down
3. reduce the size of the website screen
**Expected behavior**
Subscribe to our newsletter should come before the logo and social connect icons.
