Updating the README.md file for GSSOC'24

Hello @akshitagupta15june @Susmita-Dey and @muditchoudhary ! I'd like to work on updating the README.md file of the PetMe project in order to make it more current and up to date, as part of the GSSoC'24 program.

### Describe the solution you'd like

**1. Change the banner from Hacktoberfest to Girlscript Summer of Code**
The display banner on the README page directs people to the Hacktober Fest website, and I'd like to work on changing the display image to the Girlscript Summer of Code logo, and link the logo to their website.
**2. Fix a display error**
The "View our Website" section of the README page shows a broken image link like so:
I'd like to fix it by inserting a screenshot/display image of the PetMe website in it's place.
