**Describe the bug**
Buttons are not at the right place and are going out of bounds, in the blogs section
I can fix this issue.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to /PetMe/blog.html
2. Scroll down to Cards in blog
4. See error of Button going out of bounds
**Expected behavior**
Buttons should be in the cards to give the best look, and button would overlap with card.
