I think the nav bar option animation is to be updated and in mobile the opening list item animation is missing

I want to add some hovering animation to the nav bar option list and in small devices the hamburger menu button has no animation.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
I will add the animation in the CSS section of the project and it will enhance user experience.

in this image the hovering animation and in the second image I will add the opening smooth animation. I am contributing as part of SWOC 2024
