The "Become Volunteer" button is only showing in dark mode

**Describe the bug**
The "Become Volunteer" button on the about us section on the home page is only showing in dark mode

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
1. Go to home page
2. Scroll down to the About us section
3. Hover on the Become volunteer button
4. Click on Light mode
5. See error

**Expected behaviour**
Users should be able to see the "Become Volunteer" button in light mode even without hovering over it.
