Background image is not proper.

**Describe the bug**
In the home page section, when we scroll down the background image is not fully visible.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to home page
2. scroll down
3. Click on home page
4. Scroll down to bottom
5. See error: the background image is not fully visible

**Expected behavior**
I would like to contribute to it and add a fully visible image

After adding the background it will be more concise and eye catching
