Fix the social icons, contact form and newsletter button

**Describe the bug**

1. The Facebook and Instagram Follow Us icons are redirecting to the website itself and not actual social links.
2. The Contact Us form has button text as "Contact us" instead of "Submit"
3. When clicking on the subscribe to the newsletter button nothing is actually happening.

**To Reproduce**
1. I'll add the redirect link to the actual social handles of Pet me & if they are not there then I'll add your own social links so that users can contact you in case they want to.
2. I'll change the text from "Contact Us" to "Submit".
3. I'll add an alert that will have a message indicating a successful subscription to the newsletter.

**Expected behaviour**
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
