**Describe the bug**
Icons are not arranged correctly is “Adopt me” page
**To Reproduce**
1. Go to Website
2. Click on ‘Meet Pets’
3. Click on ‘Adopt me’
3. We can see that icons are not placed perfectly
**Expected behavior**
Icons should be aligned properly with the input tag
