"Adopt Me" Button Not Clearly Visible in Light Mode

**Bug Description**

In the "Meet Pets" section, when switching to light mode, the "Adopt Me" button lacks sufficient visibility (Without hover effect )

**Steps to Reproduce**

1. Switch to light mode.
2. Navigate to the 'Meet Pets' section.
3. Observe the issue.

**Expected Behavior**
The "Adopt Me" button (text) should have a black color to ensure proper visibility in light mode.
