Hover Effect on socail media icon not work on Pet News page

**Describe the bug**
The hover effect functions correctly on the Home page for social media icons but is not working as expected on the Pet News Page.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'Pet News'
2. Scroll down to 'Footer'
4. See error
