The Scroll to Top button in the **Blogs** page does not work.

**Describe the bug**
The Scroll to Top button in the "Blogs" page does not work. Also the scroll to top button is not visible because of its color scheme.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to Website
2. Click on 'Blogs'
3. Scroll down to find the "Scroll to Top" button
4. Click on it
5. See error

**Expected behavior**
On clicking on the "Scroll to Top" button, it should scroll the webpage all the way to the top.
