**Describe the bug**
Hover effect on news box gives unwanted sentence stretching, ultimately affecting UX.
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to https://akshitagupta15june.github.io/PetMe
2. Click on Pet news
3. Scroll down to hover on any news description
4. See the affect.
**Expected behavior**
Hovering on news should give a smooth highlighting affect which is comfortable to eyes.
