Retrieve all the information submitted through the "Contact Us" form on the React version of PetMe!
Create a database on postgreSQL through Prisma's migration to save the "contact us" info.
Create an endpoint called 'contact-us' on the backend that will save this information into postgreSQL database, using table "Contact_Us" to save the info.
Integrate the front-end and back-end through a POST request.
