[GSSoC'23] Disruptive Card Animations on "Moksh Features" Page

When the cards animate, the content below is revealed, resulting in a displacement of the surrounding space. **Reason for Change:**

By modifying the card animations to flip in-place instead of revealing the content below, we can create a more cohesive and visually pleasing UI. This change will ensure that the animations seamlessly integrate with the surrounding elements and maintain the page's layout and flow. It will enhance the user experience by providing a smoother and more intuitive interaction, allowing users to focus on the content without any visual disruptions.

Additionally, this style change aligns with the branding and design principles of the project. By implementing consistent and visually appealing animations, we can reinforce the project's aesthetic and create a more professional and polished appearance.

**Current Styling:**
The current styling consists of revealing the content below when the cards animate. This results in a disruption of the UI, causing a displacement of the surrounding space.

**Proposed Styling:**
