[BUG] Subscribe to newsletter section in home page is different from rest of the pages

Subscribe to newsletter section in home page is different from the rest of the pages.

**Expected behavior:**
To maintain ui consistency the subscribe to newsletter section should be same across all pages.

**Actual behavior:**
Subscribe to newsletter section in home page is different from the rest of the pages.

## Reproduction Steps

**Steps to reproduce the behavior:**

1. Go to 'index.html'
2. Scroll down to 'Footer'
3. See ui inconsistency
