[STYLE CHANGE] front page fonts and heading position

**Description:**

I propose to change the text styling of the hero

**Reason for Change:**

the changes would make the branding consistent

**Current Styling:**

Currently the font is black and white. the text is vertically off the center, the font style could be improved to align it with uppercase fonts in the navigation bar and the headings

**Proposed Styling:**

I propose to change the font style (all white, centered on the page, uppercase for the first subheading)
