Description
**Description:**
I am proposing a style change for the footer section of the web page. Specifically, I would like to add a subtle animation to the heart emoji ("❤️") in the footer, creating an effect that simulates a beating heart.
**Reason for Change:**
The addition of an animated heart emoji will bring a dynamic and engaging element to the footer, enhancing the overall user experience. This change aligns with the project's goal of creating visually appealing and interactive content.
**Current Styling:**
Currently, the heart emoji ("❤️") in the footer is static and does not exhibit any animation or movement.
**Proposed Styling:**
I propose adding a CSS animation to the heart emoji ("❤️") that mimics the rhythmic motion of a beating heart. This animation will make the footer visually captivating and provide a touch of interactivity.

**Additional Information (optional):**
- The animation can be achieved using CSS keyframes and transitions, creating a smooth and natural-looking pulsating effect.
- I am willing to contribute to the implementation of this change and collaborate with the project maintainers to ensure a seamless integration.
**Priority Level (optional):**
- [ ] Low
- [x] Medium
- [ ] High
**Timeline (optional):**
I would appreciate if this style change could be considered for implementation in the upcoming release, but I understand if it requires more time for evaluation and testing.
**Possible Implementation Approach (optional):**
One possible approach for implementation is to create a CSS class that applies the pulsating animation to the heart emoji. This class can be added to the existing footer element, triggering the animation when the page loads.
