[FEATURE REQUEST] Animation to landing page using Framer Motion.

## Description

As for now to website looks static it will be more attractive and cool if we add cool animation to the home page as (first impression last long :)
As the project is in react so it will be best choice to use Framer motion or any animation tool as per the req of the project.
If this new cool feature req. do assign under GSSOC 2023. : )

Changes will be done in no time.
