Correct the template of the augmented reality meditation page

**Issue and Steps to Reproduce:**

In the "augmented reality meditation" page, there is a fullscreen video embed directly below the ocean animation background of the page, which degrades the design value of the page and the background animation.

**Expected:**
It would be better if the background animation of ocean waves could cover the whole page, and the video embed does not spread to the whole page, as it is now. I'd make necessary changes, along with reducing antialiasing, enhancing smoothness, and so on, so that the video and the page overall looks more aesthetically pleasing.
