Navbar transparent look for home section

**Description:**

[I want to accomplish a transparent navbar look by using overflow functionality ]

**Reason for Change.**

[It will give a better look to the overall home section ]

**Current Styling:**

[The navbar is made with its own specified background color and not transparent]

**Proposed Styling:**

[I want to set the background of navbar as transparent showing the background image of the home page itself.]
