[FEATURE] : Face Emotions Detection using ML

Yes it is , it will enhance facial recognition system.

**Describe the solution you'd like**

1. Train the Machine: Feed the system a massive dataset of labeled faces with emotions (happy, sad, angry etc.).
2. Spot the Face: Use algorithms to find and isolate faces in real-time video or images.
3. Analyze Features: Extract key details from the face like eyebrow position, lip curvature, and eye openness.
4. Predict the Emotion: The trained model analyzes the features and predicts the most likely emotion the person is feeling.
