[GSSOC'23] Creation of a Facial Expression to Emoji Avatar Converter

I'm a GSSoC'23 Contributor.
As Face-X repo has numerous projects on facial recognition and other things. So, it would be a better idea to create a project in which we will capture real-time video of the user and simultaneously create an emoji avatar of their most distinguished emotions.

**Describe the solution you'd like**

In this project, I would like to explore Deep Learning with Python in addition to GUI creation with Tkinter
Collecting the appropriate Dataset for emotion detection , adding the concepts of neural networks to ease out the process.

1.Importing the necessary python libraries
2.Processing the Emotion Dataset
3. Using the concepts of Deep Learning (- Neural Networks)
