Counting Peoples from images

I would like to request the addition of a native function for counting the number of people in an image.

Because currently, there is no built-in support in Python's image processing libraries to directly count the number of people present in an image. This limitation makes it challenging for Python developers to automate the process of people counting, which is essential in various applications such as crowd monitoring, security systems, and event analysis.

I would like to work on this issue under SSOC 2023. Please assign it to me.
