Adjusting saturation of Images

Currently, there is no built-in support in Python's OpenCV library to directly adjust the saturation of an image.

I would like to request the addition of a native function or module in Python's OpenCV library specifically designed for adjusting the saturation of images. Having a built-in feature for modifying saturation levels would empower Python developers to effortlessly control the saturation of images, enabling them to enhance or tone down the color intensity and achieve the desired visual effects.

I would like to work on this issue under SSOC 2023. Please assign it to me.
