Face detection along with storing data like name of that person should be kept with use of concept of machine learning by user provided data at the time of first use ,so that whenever the same person use that app, website aur other stuff it detects face as well as name it was just like instagram or Facebook tags features...this feature not only boost the level but also attracted people at most.
