Feature Request: Add option to exclude folders by name, not path

Great pluggin! A suggestion:

All my images are stores in subfolders named `assets`. I really dont need these folders to be indexed, either as a link, sometimes dangling, in a parent folder index or to have it's own index.

It would be cool if i could exclude all assets folders, regardless of location.
