Adding two spaces to empty lines

So the MD files that Yarle outputs correctly shows empty lines between certain paragraphs, but they're not being picked up by the app I'm importing those markdown files into. Apparently, I need to add two spaces at the start of each black line for that to happen. Anyway I can configure Yarle to do that?
