Remove emojis from filenames

Feature request:
While emojis can be safely used in an Evernote title, retaining them in the .md filename that Yarle produces appears to be causing me issues when these .md files are sync'd to my linux server. It would be a useful enhancement if Yarle could remove emojis from the .md filenames (maybe replace them with a dash or underscore) as they appear to causing issues when sync'd to a linux box.
