Create/Resize multiple artboards

One particular Object of the canvas that needs to be created is the *Artboard*.
Artboards can be considered as groups layer groups, with some particular options:

- Artboards can't be grouped together or indented in other Artboards.
- While moving an ARtboard, all the items attached to that artboard must move with it
- Artboards only have size and background color attributes. No other attributes, like borders, or other transformation actions are allowed.
